Orders & Payments
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), online banking via FPX (for Malaysian banks), GrabPay, and Touch 'n Go eWallet.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp. We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, so we'll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible once the order has entered the preparation or shipping phase.
Yes, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout shortly after your purchase. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through a secure gateway, and we do not store your credit card details. Your privacy and security are our top priority.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver nationwide across Malaysia via DHL Express, covering Peninsular Malaysia as well as Sabah and Sarawak. For customers in the Klang Valley, Next-Day delivery is also available via Lalamove or GrabExpress.
Delivery charges vary based on your location and the selected delivery speed. You can view the exact charges at checkout after entering your delivery address.
Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the destination.

Yes, you can select your preferred delivery date during the checkout process. While we strive to meet specific time requests, we can usually only guarantee delivery within a time window (9 AM–6 PM).
If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery team will attempt to contact them or leave the item in a safe place (if permissible and safe). Re-delivery attempts may incur additional charges.
We offer Next-Day delivery — simply place your order via Lalamove before 5 PM and select the Express Delivery option at checkout, ensuring your delivery address is within our eligible area. For urgent requests outside the cutoff time, feel free to contact our customer service and we'll do our best to assist.

Preserved flowers are 100% natural flowers that have undergone a sophisticated preservation process. This allows them to maintain their fresh appearance, soft texture, and vibrant color for several months or even years, without the need for water or sunlight.
With proper care, our preserved flowers can last from 1 to 3 years, and sometimes even longer.
To ensure the longevity of your preserved flowers, keep them away from direct sunlight, high humidity, and water. Avoid touching them frequently. Store them in a cool, dry place.
Yes, many of our products, especially the flower arrangements and custom gifts, are meticulously handmade with love by our skilled artisans.
Customization
Yes! Many of our gifts, including our personalized mugs and certain flower arrangements, offer customization options for names, dates, or short messages. Look for the "Personalize" option on the product page.

Due to the delicate and customized nature of our products, all sales are generally final.
