Is There A Minimum Order To Be Placed?

Is There A Minimum Number Of Days To Place An Order?
Gift sets seen on our store online are to be shipped out within 1 to 2 working days. Unusually large orders which require extra turnaround time might exceed the given duration in which we will immediately reach out to you with an estimated time of delivery.
What Are The Payment?
All payment will be done via the website when you check out. Here are our current payment modes:
1. Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
2. PayNow
All orders will need to be paid before fulfilment of orders.
Where Are The Coverage Areas Of Delivery?
We do cover areas outside of Klang Valley. But due to the fragility of our gifts that are delicately hand-made, please be aware of the risks when purchasing gifts via courier delivery.
We will not be held liable for any damages or losses caused during delivery by courier services.
Do You Provide Free Delivery?
A door-to-door delivery fee of RM20 to RM50 will be incurred based on the delivery distance, the delivery fees will be generated upon checking out.
Is There A Need To Have The Recipient Present During Delivery?
To ensure a smooth process of delivery, kindly ensure that the recipient of the gift set is present at the address provided. Free delivery will only be made ONCE. If delivery is unsuccessful, you will be notified of the status and the gift set will be sent back to us. A fee will be charged for a second attempt of delivery depending on the recipient’s location.
Will I be able to track the delivery of my gift?
Unfortunately, this option is not supported by our courier now. Delivery will always be on the date communicated to you unless there are unforeseen circumstances. We will be able to help you check the delivery status on the date of delivery if you WhatsApp us.
What is the lead time for bulk orders?
Tough question! It varies depending on the size of your order, gifts you want, and our current schedule. Do plan and enquire ahead!
Are there discounts for bulk orders?
Even though each gift is uniquely and individually customised, we would still like to offer you a discounted rate for bulk orders! Do WhatsApp us as the rates differ based on the type of gift and the quantity.
Do you offer corporate staff discounts?
Yes, we have partnerships with some organizations for staff welfare discounts for personal or corporate use ;) You can check with your HR. Or if you are keen to get that for your staff or propose to your HR, please Email Us
Why can't I apply my discount code to my order?
There could be a few reasons - eligibility of the code to the gifts in your cart, expiration of discount code, or wrongly entered code. Fret not, just WhatsApp us!
